You may cancel your booking:

  • Free of charge if cancelled 12 hours before pickup

  • A small administrative fee may apply for last-minute cancellations

2. Refund Conditions

Refunds apply only when:

  • Advance payment has been made

  • Service is cancelled before dispatch of team/vehicle

  • The cancellation request is shared by call, WhatsApp, or email

Refunds are processed via:

  • UPI

  • Bank Transfer

Refund Timeframe: 3–7 working days

3. No Refund Situations

Refund cannot be issued if:

  • Team has reached the pickup location

  • Packing has already started

  • Misreporting of goods leads to service delay or inability to perform

  • Illegal or restricted items are found

4. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may apply when:

  • Some services were used

  • Additional manpower/packing materials were already deployed

5. Transparency Commitment

In compliance with Google Ads:

  • We maintain proof of refunds

  • We do not misrepresent refund policies

  • We do not mislead customers with fake guarantees or unofficial commitments
